With over 12 years of experience providing network security and technical support to industries spanning from the US State Department, Dell Computers, Fulcrum Power and Microsoft, Travis is well equipped to act as a BenefitSpan/PowerPlus client liaison to identify issues and resolve with confidence.
Travis started his career in Baghdad, Iraq as a network technician providing technical support to US military personnel. His duties included managing IT activities according to government rules, installing LAN cabling in the US Embassy in Baghdad and receiving and responding to trouble tickets for support and repair. In his most recent role, Travis acted as a support engineer for Microsoft providing software support to businesses using Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.
Travis received his degree in Telecommunications from Baylor University and also received a second diploma in Network Security Technology from Texas State Technical College. Travis is an avid competitive pistol shooter and enjoys spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new healthy recipes and being outdoors in natural settings with his wife and dogs.
