Doug Stack, Director of Client Support Services

Doug brings twenty years of progressive healthcare experience from his long tenure with Noridian Administrative Services where he helped pioneer client services for enterprise deployments. Doug has an outstanding track record for building successful, client-focused organizations based on a deep knowledge of CRM, ERP and effective collaboration.

Doug held a variety of roles at Noridian, culminating with his position as Electronic Data Interchange Manager providing a 5010 solution affecting 97,000 providers across 11 states, managing a budget of $3-6 million dollars and managing teams of 50+. In 2006, there was an 80% electronic claims submission rate and under the leadership of Doug, this number rose to its current rate of 99%. Doug’s efforts were a major contributing factor to improving team efficiencies, reducing cost and improving  internal controls and client solutions and resolutions.

Doug is a complete systems professional who is intent on proactively contributing to CHT’s technology vision and bringing innovative ideas that will deliver superior client service. He will apply his diverse experience managing teams, large scale projects and a broad range of functional areas to organize and prioritize all implementation, training, education and customer support activities to effectively bridge the business and technical communities within our client organizations.

Doug currently resides just outside of Fargo, ND. He is recently remarried and has two teenage children. He stays active coaching his son’s baseball team and supporting his daughters nationally recognized baton activities. He enjoys golf any chance he can and wishes for more time to pursue scuba diving activities.
