Since joining CHT in April 2011 Paula, known for her commitment and enthusiasm, has been focused on servicing client support inquiries, improving client care, reducing response time and providing a wide range of technical support across a diversity of systems and platforms for both desk-top and web-based software.
She will continue to serve clients in the area of technical support and problem resolution with software and data management processes but will be primarily dedicated to improving and growing our client’s business by building an electronic repository of product information that will enable CHT to answer client questions with greater consistency, accuracy and efficiency. As the first point of contact a client will encounter, Paula and her team will strive to resolve issues promptly, effectively and always attempt to exceed expectations.
Prior to joining CHT, Paula held numerous positions in the financial services field while representing firms such as Harland Financial Solutions, Premier Bank and 1st Nat’l ND (now known as Alerus). Paula held a variety of roles including installation/implementation, training, testing and customer care.
Paula graduated from the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. She is married and enjoys sharing her spare time with her son Jonathan.
