Cody Marthaller has an extensive background of providing Tier 1 client service surrounding benefit administration, client technical support, troubleshooting and problem solving.

As a BenefitSpan/PowerPlus support specialist Cody will receive inquires via telephone and email and will either route the call to the correct individual for immediate assistance or personally assist client to evaluate and resolve the issue satisfactorily.

Cody acquired his progressive technical support experience over the past 7 years while representing organizations such as US Bank, Corporate Technologies and PepWave/Peplink. He is devoted to maintaining a high level of expertise, providing essential product information and assisting clients in all areas of software support. His goal is to provide exceptional service in a timely fashion while constantly improving client product knowledge and imparting best practices.

Cody is a graduate of Northwest Technical College with a degree in Human Resources. Cody enjoys motorcycle riding, going to the lakes, camping, exercising and spending time enjoying his friends and family.
