CHT-P&W Software, Inc., a Florida-based healthcare software company, filed a legal complaint today in California State Superior Court in Los Angeles against Evolution1, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Avon, Connecticut. The legal complaint also named Fred “Bud” Bockoven, a former employee of Consumer Health Technologies, subsequently employed by Evolution1. The complaint includes but is not limited to: Misappropriation of trade secrets, Breach of contract, Unfair competition, Intentional interference with prospective economic advantage, and Intentional interference with contract.
