Jay applies his 25-year background in healthcare leadership to ensure the highest level of service delivery and value creation for CHT’s customers and to provide strategic direction for our future offerings. Using his strengths in operations, administration and quality management, Jay leads CHT’s vision of providing industry-leading software, services and support to create successful outcomes for our customers.

Jay previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Noridian Administrative Services, with more than 1,500 employees. He was instrumental in growing the company to be a major governmental healthcare administrator serving contracts in 17 states and China.

Jay earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration from Moorhead State University.
