Pradeep utilizes his long and successful entrepreneurial history as a visionary to lead CHT to new heights. Throughout his career, he's developed groundbreaking software for the insurance industry and holds a deep devotion to meeting all customers' needs.

Prior to forming CHT, Pradeep co-founded with his brother, and later sold, Dakota Imaging, Inc, a company that grew to have 175 employees in the U.S. and abroad. The company's lead product was deployed at numerous major insurance companies, including 27 Blue Cross Blue Shield organizations. As Chief Product Architect, Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer, Pradeep engineered a cutting edge product and services that met needs so well, he never lost a customer.

Pradeep earned a bachelor of engineering degree in systems engineering with a focus on operations research from Punjab University in India. He has also completed graduate studies with a focus on very large data base (VLDB) technology in the United States.
