Qualifications:
- 3+ years of analyst experience in deploying solutions in healthcare or financial sectors
- 3+ years of experience in support or customer account management role
- Experience in requirements gathering and client deployments
- Experience with user acceptance testing and end to end product testing
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Methodical, organized, believer in the value of process and procedures
- Success driven, proactive and self-motivated to meet assigned business goals
- College degree
